BREAKFAST IN BED Bowl

Inspiration: Simple, sweet, and perfect for morning snuggles.  

Cook to: Dreaming Outside, Peaking Lights

For: 1

Ingredients:

1/3 cup chia seeds

1/3 cup almond mylk + extra as needed to assist blending

1/4 t vanilla extract

2 bananas, frozen

1 cup strawberries, fresh or frozen

1 cup raspberries, fresh or frozen

2 Medjool dates, optional

Steps:

The night before mix chia seeds with almond mylk and vanilla extract. Cover and place in fridge overnight.

Blend remaining ingredients. You may need a touch of almond mylk to get things going, depending on the power of your blender. 

Spoon into your cutest bowl. Top with chia pudding, and raspberries.
